Acceptance of Terms
By using YuvanCabs Bengaluru's wheelchair taxi service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
YuvanCabs provides wheelchair accessible taxi transportation in Bengaluru and surrounding areas. Our vehicles are equipped with automatic hydraulic lifts and wheelchair locking systems. We offer city rides, airport transfers, hospital transport, outstation trips, and event packages.
Booking and Cancellation
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or our website booking form. We confirm bookings within 15 minutes. Free cancellation is available up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 1 hour of pickup may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.
Pricing and Payment
Fares are communicated before each trip and depend on distance, trip type, and duration. Payment is collected directly by the driver at the end of the ride. We accept cash and major UPI payment methods. Prices are subject to change; any price changes will be communicated before booking confirmation.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers and their caregivers must provide accurate pickup locations and contact information. Passengers should be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Any special requirements (extra luggage, multiple passengers, medical equipment) must be communicated at booking time.
Our Responsibilities
We commit to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained vehicles with functioning hydraulic lift systems. Our drivers are trained in wheelchair assistance and passenger safety. We strive for punctual service and will communicate any delays immediately.
Liability
While we take every precaution for passenger safety, YuvanCabs's liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We carry appropriate vehicle insurance as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the YuvanCabs website — including text, images, logos, and design — is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
